Christmas Tamales

Christmas Tamales Video Clips. Duration : 8.50 Mins.

Chicken Tamales: I like a lot of ingredients I will. You can cut, how many you want. I ended up with about 10 dozen chickens and five dozen beef. The video shows only the chicken tamales and I have the recipe for beef and giving. Some, like the last drink of the video tape. That's where I had to explain to the rest of the process. I'm sorry. Chicken Tamales: 10 pounds of cooked chicken breast (I cook them in water with 2 tablespoons of Knorr TomatoChipotle broth) After you boil the chicken let cool and shred. Reserve the water. This will mix the liquid with the masa. Masa: 4 cups masa 1 cup Crisco, 1 teaspoon salt, garlic 4 cups of broth (reserved from boiled chicken) 2 tablespoons chicken bullion, Mix above ingredients and beat with a mixer until combined and easily spreadable . Soak the corn husks to produce hot water for a few minutes and then dry. Place the smooth side of the cup and use 1 / 3 of Masa and spread in the upper half of thethe shell. Want to leave a little 'higher. Put a strip of green chili on top of Masha and then the mixture of chicken. Fold as shown and tie with a strip of corn husk, if desired. Beef Tamales: 5 pieces £ 1 London Broil. (I mean in a crock pot for about 6 hours, you can also grill or oven, it will be soft enough to crush ..) for Beef Tamales Masa: Masa 4 cups, 1 cup Crisco, 1 cup Pace Picante sauce or Any type you want, 3 cups of broth, 2 teaspoons...

Wire Roaster Rack Basket

• Non-Stick
• Fits 13.5 inch roaster
• Heavy-gauge wire
• Holds an 8 lb. Turkey
• Oven-safe to 450 degrees F

This basket-style rack fits perfectly within Chef's Design's 13-1/2-inch oval covered roaster but is also compatible with other roasters of a similar shape and size. Measuring 13-1/2 inches long and 9 inches wide, the roaster can support a whole chicken or a small ham. High 2-3/4-inch sides keep roasts fully contained for moist-heat cooking methods, such as braising or poaching. Made of sturdy steel wire, the rack won't bend under the weight of a heavy roast and raised handles make it simple to remove from a pan. Additionally, the rack's frame is coated with a nonstick surface for easier cleanup of meat fats and grease. This roaster basket is oven-safe to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. --Cristina Vaamonde
